Book a One-to-One Session
I offer one-to-one sessions, using the mindful tools of the Listening Space and Coming to Calm to create a truly resourceful way of exploring what is on your mind. This could be anything from a problem you would like to gain clarity on to a creative idea you want to develop.
The session can take place:

These confidential sessions typically last between 60 minutes.
